Organizing Golf Clubs in Woode Bag?

I just bought the Callaway Golf Bag which has this "woode" club orgainzer but I can not find the details or pictures that how the clubs are placed in the various pockets of the bag for golf clubs.

I tried to find which bag you were referring to on the callaway site and couldn't find it.

Need to find value of vintage golf club set!!! Need help!!!?

Ok, so I have this vintage set of Wilson Sam Snead Blue Ridge golf clubs. Irons include 3-PW and woods include 5, 3, and 1 (all with original covers). They are in excellent condition. The problem is, I can't find anybody that can tell me how much they're worth. I've checked with a local pro shop. I called Wilson themselves. No one can tell me the value of these things. I figured I'd try and find an appraiser but I can't. If you can help me in any way (including offering to appraise them) I'd be most grateful. Other than that I need to know where I can go in Georgia to get them appraised or where I can send pictures for appraisal. Thank you so much!

Wilson Sam Snead clubs were popular in the late 1930s until WWll. So the clubs have to be 65 years ol and there aren't many golfers around who used them. Your best bet is to contact the USGA in Far Hills, NJ. They might have some information on the Blue Ridge model.

Since your hobbies are cutting people down, I should add that everything listed was bought for $45 at a thrift store. Luck find. It took me 5 hours to clean them and I already used a beginner set and broke 100 with them. I almost past beginner for all you critics.

Rarely do the pro's play all the same brand of club during a tournament. (They pose with a complete set for pics and $$$)

My golf instructor has taught me to lead the swing with the shoulders, but I have heard other golf pros saying that the swing should be led by the lower body and the shoulders should follow. Which is correct? To me, it feels more natural to lead with the twisting of the lower body.

I think that there is really two actions that initiate the golf swing. They are the 'pulling' down by the upper body/shoulders and the start of the rotation of the hips. In order for a golfer to hit the ball nearly facing the target line, the hips have to be cleared. This _requires_ that the hips move ahead of (or at minimum) faster than the shoulders. Since the latter is almost impossible to pull off, the former is the solution. The hips lead the body rotation.
Personally, If I lead with my upper body, nasty, nasty stuff happens... If I lead with the hips and pull the club down into the slot, beauty can be achieved. As a previous tennis and baseball player... The actions are almost identical to golf and in those sports the hips also lead first. As mentioned before this increases the torque release (spring) in the rotation, and builds the lag needed for the release to 'catch' up with the rest of the inertia developed in the swing.
Wow, that got technical in a hurry.

I'd classify that style as preppy-grunge, maybe slightly mainstream no offense. you're a fairly down-to-earth guy, no frills. You probably keep things hassle-free and are more layed back... maybe slightly preppy? you might not be very challenging or original, which to me is kind of a downfall because I like a guy who is not afraid to express himself through his clothing. But you sound pretty chills.

how to know if a golf club is right or left handed? steel or graphite?

I don't know how to tell if a club is right handed or left. How can you tell??
Plus, how do I know what its made of? if it helps,I have 8 wilson dynapower staff ultralite 3-9 + a pitching wedge
then 4 powerbilt true temper citation numbers 1,3,4, and 5.
Then, I have a true temper bullet2 putter(?)
and last a king cobra 3 club. `
I don't know anything about golf clubs.

Just hold the club in front of you and if the face of the club points to the left then it is a right handed club and if it points to the right then it is a left handed club. Steel shafted clubs shine and are od metallic appearance whilst a graphite shafted club is not metallic and is usually less shiny.

Golf has changed so many ways in my lifetime that I can't even begin to count them. I'll just leave it at this -- when I was a kid, we used to cut covers off golf balls, unwind the rubber stringing like a puzzle and speculate about what kind of toxic poison liquid was inside the remaining core. Fun stuff. I might as well be describing the engine in a Model T.
