Who here is actually knowledgeable about dream interpretation?

I had a very unsettling dream last night. I have a very overactive imagination so I often have strange, crazy dreams. But for some reason this dream that I had last night really unsettled me. I was walking on the sidewalk at night on a busy street by myself. Then all of a sudden I was in the backseat of my ex boyfriend's car. He was the driver and his best friend was in the passenger seat. I was trying my hardest to not have them notice me. And my ex boyfriend kept looking back uneasily like he was trying to ignore the fact that I was there. Then we ended up in an alley and he started driving very slowly. All of the sudden this very large tall man with a white mask started banging against the windows and I started screaming but my ex boyfriend still was driving really slow. Then I woke up. What could this mean?

I'm used to having all my dreams being completely symbolic and relevant to what's going on in my life but I could not find any symbolism in this dream at all!

ummm here we go. A car resembles your life. your ex was driving ur life at some point and the friend resembles that to ur ex u are no longer in his life and that is why he was in the passenger seat and u were hiding in the back. the white masked man means the troubles, u may have with ur ex and unsettled feelings for each other and unsettled arguments.
