Everytime I drive my car I nearly knock over a cyclist ?

as good will gesture, I wish to find out where the best 'cycle training centers' are in the UK.

i feel its my duty as a road user, to help other road users who have difficulty understanding the concept of 'give way to car - car bigger - car faster - car pwn cycle and cyclist'.

hence, I wish to aid the cyclist in recieving cycling education, perhaps learn to multi-task, that is, to use their brains to make sensible roadworthy decisions whilst cycling.

They are clearly a hazard to my concentration on the road and I for one wish to prevent these individuals from causing serious harm to other car drivers.

anyone got any advice or links ?
if a cyclist introduced a 'boot to my door' , i'd step out of my vehicle and introduce him to a friend of mine, 'mr.crowbar' to the head.

Cyclists seem to think they can ride wherever they like...roads, pavements, through red lights, up one way streets the 'wrong' way....Here in North Wales a new cycle-path has been built (at great cost) parallel with the main road....where do the cyclists ride??..you've got it...the road! What's wrong with cyclists using the designated cycle-path??...it would be better for cyclists and motorists alike.
Cyclists aren't the 'whiter than white' eco-heroes they make themselves out to be.
