I've been working on an entirely free web site that will be a sort of archive of writing-related tips/articles/general information, and one of the major features of the site is a discussion forum.
I have the basic design set up, but it still needs to be tested. I also need moderators for the forums.
So I figured.. why not try to tackle both problems at the same time?
If anyone can help me get members to the boards and show themselves to be reasonable (as in, they won't go booting people left and right), I'll be more than happy to make them moderators with many more privileges/actions than other users.

For people in general, though, you can help me out by joining up and posting a few test threads/responding to questions I've asked on there.
By the way, the site is actually *costing* me money (not to mention time and energy) to set up and I don't even have a single ad on there.. so please don't think this is spam or something.

I think this sounds like a really good site, I've been looking for a site like this for a long time. I would love to help. I had a poem on here and someone reported even though it didn't violate any guidelines-I appealed and won, so I don't think I'd be the type of moderator who gets drunk with power and goes kicking people off all willy nilly.I didn't like it when someone did it to me and I wouldn't do it to someone else.
