Do golfers have no shame? How can industry sponsor this racist sport/activity to the tune of billions USD? Incredible.
Colonial power and privledge spread this awful racist game that wastes land and sends a message of abuse and entitlements. Golf is evil and hatred in action. No mistake, a tournament called the "Masters" in the south of the USA with its slave culture and plantations is further evidence of horrors.
Even Tiger Woods, golf prostitute, and his white euro Swedish wife should know better.


If it was back in the day, I would agree with you. But I found out some things about caddies.
I would say you have a point but Tiger Woods' caddy, like most professional caddies, gets a percentage of his earnings and is probably pretty well off.

Tiger earned over 5 million in 2006 which if Tiger paid him 5% would earn his caddy 250,000 from Tiger alone on top of his salary.. Which is not bad at all for carrying balls and clubs and following the most famous golfer on the planet all day in the summer at these really luxurious courses and be a millionaire after two years. Sounds sweet to me.

Is There Any Exercises On The Exercise Ball That I Can Do To Achieve A Six Pack?

i do about 50 crunches on it everyday. i want a six pack in about 2 weeks if i can. i dont know any other exercises to do. other exercises can help even if they arent on the ball. i have no equipment except the ball though. i also walk two miles 2x a week. does any of that help?


What is your body fat %? Thing is, you most probably possess the so called 6 pack, but its simply hidden away by a layer of fat. To get rid of fat, maximum you can lose per week is about 2 pounds of fat if you do everything right. That's losing fat uniformly all over your body, if you think doing crunches actually helps with 6 pack, but in reality, your muscles grow underneath the fat layer and in return you stomach gets bigger but no 6 pack.
Walking x2 a week is not going to help. Do high to moderate intensity running or elliptical exercise, at least 1 hours worth. Everyday, early in the morning is best. As for eating, go lil below your normal intake. Dieting btw doesn't help. Oh, and never skip on breakfast.
So in short, most likey it is impossible for you to obtain a 6 pack within 2 weeks, even 4 weeks.

Are There A Set Of “rules” To Follow When Trying To Build A “perfect” Golf Swing?

How can I separate the good advice from the bad advice? Are there certain principles set in stone that all/most golfers should follow?


Every golf swing is different. You can't say that Tiger Woods, Jim Furyk, and Ernie Els have similar swings. They have different results as far as trajectory, direction, spin, etc. and they are all based on physical limitations and repeatable movements.
Good golfers have a preshot routine so they know that they are lined up correctly everytime and that they are in position to hit the necessary shot. Without being sure of this you could be hitting great shots and think that you are pushing or pulling the ball because they are not on target.
The fundamentals as far as how to grip it and where to position your body in different parts of a swing are good on a case by case basis but no swing tip is universal. Take advice from someone who knows and studies the golf swing. Don't take advice from someone who reads a Golf Digest article and thinks that any given tip can be a Cure-all for your swing...
The greatest distance in golf is the 6 inches between your ears.
